Referrals and Bookings
We are currently accepting referrals for FDG PET- CT, Gallium-68 PSMA PET- CT, Gallium-68 Dotatate PET-CT, and Diagnostic CT.
Our service has commenced in:

Payment Information
Payment is required on the day of your appointment. If you have health insurance, we recommend contacting your insurance provider for details on your coverage and any payments required.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
• Credit Card: We accept Visa and Mastercard onboard the Mobile Imaging unit.
• Overseas and travel insurance: We do not accept overseas or travel insurance. Please pay for your procedure on the day of the appointment and claim back from your insurer.
• Internet Banking: Payments can be made online through internet banking. Our booking team will provide an invoice with the necessary account details for Mobile Imaging. Please use the invoice number to identify your payment.

DEBT COLLECTION POLICY
Payment for your procedure is required on the day of the exam unless it is covered by your insurance. If you have an insurance excess, this must also be paid on the day of your appointment.
LATE PAYMENTS
Accounts must be settled within seven days unless credit arrangements have been made with the finance department. Accounts extending beyond 60 days will be referred to a debt collection agency, with all associated costs added to the patient’s account for payment.

Private / Insurance
We are accepting referrals from patients with health insurance from any of the major providers in New Zealand, including Southern Cross, NIB, UniMed/Accuro, Partners Life, AIA, and Veterans’ Affairs.
Coverage will vary based on the individual policies, and some patients may need to contribute towards costs. Pre-approval will be required from insurance providers.
